Omarion obtained the title unbothered after his reaction to his band mate, Lil Fizz, dating the mother of his children, Apryl Jones.
Now R&B singer Omarion, born Omari Ishmael Grandberry, 37, has a new project coming out on September 13th and it is totally unexpected. Omarion has written a book called Unbothered: The Power of Choosing Joy that explores three sections: spirituality, mental health, and physical wellness.
This book includes some serious actions of grounding oneself like breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, dancing, ancient mantras, and an overall embrace of positivity. Sounds Very Therapeutic if you ask me!
In this book Omarion talks about his own personal struggles, which he hopes promote forgiveness and emotional intelligence. Very mature Stance to take seeing as to how he was on the receiving end of a betrayal.

Omarion, Always the class act STILL went on to get B2K back together (Oct. 2nd) for the Millennium Tour where Lil Fizz apologized to Omarion.

Although sense then Omarion and his band have gone back and forth on Social Media about O’s Verzuz performance he still has remained calm and UNBOTHERED.
