Big Boi and Sherlita Patton are walking away from each other and this time its for good.
According to court documents, Big Boi and his wife Sherlita Patton entered the final divorce decree just a few weeks after Big Boi whose real name is Antwan Patton, filed for divorce in April.
Legal documents says that there is “no reasonable hope of reconciliation” between these two former lover's and they are currently living in two seperate households.
Both parties agreed to keep things amicable by not “maltreating, molesting, harassing, harming or abusing” eachother during this painful process they are both facing.
Makes it easier that they had a prenuptial agreement which was signed in 2016 and they already know how they’ll divide their assets, debts and confidential settlement in which they both aggregated while being married.
This former couple were married in March 2002. They have two children, Jordan Patton, 27, and Cross Patton, 21 years old.
They broke up In October 2013 and Sherlita filed for divorce claiming AT THAT TIME their marriage was “irretrievably broken.” HOWEVER, when she demanded sole custody of Cross Patton and financial support she and Big Boi were unable to come to an aggreement other than to stick it out for the kids at that time. Eventually, Sherlita and Big Boi got back together until their children turned of age and now its over again.
I commend them for sticking it out that long honestly.
