Anthony Anderson determined to stay on good terms with the mother of his children no matter what the cost.
According to court documents, actor Anthony Anderson, has agreed to pay his ex-wife, Alvina Anderson, spousal support.
Anthony Anderson and Alvina Anderson also agreed toevenly sell and split their property located in Encino, California.
The court order stated Anthony must co-sign with Alvina Anderson on a 12-month lease so she has can mantain a residence until further notice.
The former couple’s joint forensic accountant will determine the amount to be paid out to Alvina after their finances are individually investigated.
Alvina requested that the court make the spousal support orders retroactive beggining March 1, 2022 or to the day they chose to call it quits. Anthony’s lawyers, however, diagree and argued that the payments should not be retroactive before Jun 1, 2022.
Anthony and Alvina were together for a ful three decades. Their relationship started when they were young as high school sweethearts.
They got married in 1999 after 10 years together and share two children together, Kyra Anderson, 26, and Nathan Anderson, 22.
Alvina pulled the trigger and filed for divorce in 2015 citing “irreconcilable differences”.
Alvina then dismissed the divorce petition in 2017.
She then filed for divorce for the second time in March. unforunately this time it was final as Anthony responded making the couple officially separated on February 25th.
